These terms cover buying and using the National AI Course, operated by TODO(legal): registered entity name and ABN.

What you are buying

A single payment gives one person permanent access to the course content for as long as the course is operated. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to cancel.

Your account

Access is tied to the account you buy with. Please do not share your login or redistribute the lessons — the course is priced for one reader.

What the course is not

It is educational material, not professional advice. It is not a formal qualification and does not lead to a certificate. Decisions you make using AI tools remain yours, and you are responsible for checking anything important before relying on it.

Content changes

Lessons are updated as the tools change. Material may be revised, added or retired over time.

Refunds

Covered separately in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Availability

We aim to keep the course available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If access is lost permanently through our fault, a refund is the remedy.
